As in all my work, these images are a vision that holds that geography as a reference, they are more in relation to the imagined and what appertains to a memory or recollection which might not exist even though it is present and manifests itself in the photographs.

We were 4 photographers from Latin America at the Latin American Salon: yours truly, Diego Echevers Torrez with a collection of outstanding portraits, Rosa Gauditano's reportage on Luiz Inácio Lula and the 70's Brazil; and Andrés Rozo Samer's experimental abstractions.
Horse Chestnuts
Continuing with my on going Still Life collections. These horse chestnuts were on my table but could get my head around how to go about photographing them. I decided to throw them away and add I was gathering them they seem to form a neat pile. Bingo!
Land and Sea: Kingsdown
Returning to that walk between Kingsdown to Dover with the sea on the left and the land on the right...
If I told my story...
The image came to me while listening to Peter Bradley Adams' song "Who else could I be..." I photographed the dead fox by the side of the road on my walk back home.
