A Spanish Village
Looking through some old images once discarded now revived...
Caminito Del Rey
El Caminito del Rey is a walkway, pinned along the steep walls of a narrow gorge in El Chorro, near Ardales in the province of Málaga, Spain. The walkway had fallen into disrepair and was partially closed for over a decade. The walkway is 1 metre (3 ft) in width, and rises over 100 metres (330 ft) above the river below.
Dusk
From Cormac McCarthy's "Border Trilogy, The Crossing" ...yet more dark and darkening still where it ran on to the east and where there was no sun and there was no dawn and when he looked again toward the north the light was drawing away faster and that noon which he'd woke was now become an alien dusk and now an alien dark and the birds that flew had lighted and all had hushed once again in the bracken by the road.

As in all my work, these are recollections of a memory that might not necessarily have taken place, although the photographic evidence is present somewhere...

Ayasofya Camii - Hagia Sophia
The calligraphy in the main dome of Hagia Sophia is The Verse of Light — the 35th verse of the 24th surah of the Quran: "Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth".

Blue bowl and cherries
Cherries and a blue bowl, not being the season I hunted for both. The generosity of Badger Badger, a coffee restaurant in Deptford, London, provided me generously with the bowl.
